This type of container makes part of containers for general transport and it is compose of:


1) The metallic structure is based on a large scale of laminated profiles or folded in this way:

              – Floor – laminated profile 50x120x50x5 OL 52-4 KF
                            –,, U ” profile 50x100x50x4 OL 52-4 KF
                            – corner castings pieces corresponding to ISO-Norm for container
                               constructions
The floor can endure a pressure until 800 kg/m2.

              – Roof – upper longerons made of quadrant pipe 60x60x4
                           – arches made of quadrant pipe 50x50x2 
                           – roof closed with socketed iron plate in a thickness of 2mm, welded by upper longerons 

              – Pillars – retaining roof cold formed, made of iron plate OL 52-4 KF in a thickness of 4 mm


The walls are continuous welded, sandblast, primeried and painted with an RAL to the option of the client.
