This type of container makes part of containers for general transport and it is compose of:


1) The metallic structure is based on a large scale of laminated profiles or folded in this way:

               – Floor – laminated profile 50x120x50x5 OL 52-4 KF 
                             –,, U ” profile 50x100x50x4 OL 52-4 KF
                             – corner castings pieces corresponding to ISO-Norm for container
                                constructions

The floor can endure a pressure until 800 kg/m2.

                – Roof – upper longerons made of quadrant pipe 60x60x4
                             – arches made of quadrant pipe 50x50x2
                             – roof closed with socketed iron plate in a thickness of 2mm, welded by upper 
                                longerons 

                – Pillars – retaining roof cold formed, made of iron plate OL 52-4 KF thickness of 4 mm



2) Insulations

The walls are welded, sandblasted and painted with RAL 9002 to the choice of the client.

All the optional constructive modifications can be made in stage of the construction and also after (for example: the repositions to the windows and the doors, making in interior the compartmentalize of the walls).

- The thermal insulation for walls and roof – wrinkled iron plate in a thickness of 2 mm continuous welded with those two frames (floor, roof, pillars), steam blockade, mineral wool.

- The thermal insulation for floor – galvanised iron plate, steam blockade, mineral wool, waterproof chip wood panel in a thickness of 18 mm, linoleum for intense traffic.


3) Installation

- Electric installation

The connection of container it makes between two external plugs of 380 V.
The electric installation indoor include two double plugs of 220 V, one switch, lighting panel (panel anti-ex).
For lightning we use neon lamp to 2x36 V (2 peaces) anti-ex.
Facultative to these containers can put different types of plugs for different destinations (phone, computer, TV) who haves the good working of the container in accordance with intention and destination of the container. Also facultative can put and air conditioning or others external elements of this container (feelers).


- The standard container haves in constitution: three windows with mat window pane and exterior door.

All these habilitative to this container resistance to breakers, total impermeability, stability and security in working.
The total weight to this container is until 2 400 kg.

In contrast with standard containers this container has non-wetted insulation of the floor.
The compartmenting and the positioning of the elements are made to the choice of the client, in base of an exactly order from the client.

This container has next components:

- 3 shower cabins
- 2 WC
- 3 washstand
- 1 electric boiler of 200 l


The sanitary installation is made with propene and different constitutions of these.
The alimentation with water is made through entrance of ¾.
The exit of the pipe PVC Ø 110.
